If you do not fully accept these terms and conditions, we ask you not to advance in the access, navigation or visit to our website since, if you do so, it is understood that you voluntarily and expressly adhere fully, total and absolute with the present terms and conditions agreement, remaining their acceptance to them, validly expressed and their commitment to respect them.
The present terms and conditions agreement, regulate among others the access and use of our educational platforms or T-Box Platforms such as: T-Box Junior, T-Box Planet, T-Box School, T-Box Academy, T-Box App or any other available on our website, including the contents and services made available to users on them or by third parties. However, access and use of certain content and/or services may be subject to certain specific conditions.
No user can use our products and/or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and cannot claim ignorance, lack of expertise or any other cause that mitigate their liability, whether civil, criminal, commercial or any special law applicable to the specific case.

3- Observance of the Electronic Signature regulations.- All electronic communications, uses, registrations, participations and/or documents that are subscribed – regardless of their material support – between natural persons, legal persons, educational institutions, or any other entity, which are users or licensees of the T-Box Platforms and that are expressed via data message -the web, email or fax-, will have the same scope, effect and probative value of authorship, which establish the current norms and in a special way, will have the functional equivalence consigned in the applicable Electronic Signature regulations, international agreements on the matter, and other current regulations that replace or modify them. Unless proven otherwise, the Electronic Signature contains a presumption that, any document accepted has been under the will of the acceptor and/or any document subscribed electronically belongs to the holder of the electronic certificate.
4- Observance of the norms on Protection of Children and Teenagers.- In the T-Box Platforms we are respectful of the freedom of expression, information, honor, privacy, image and other fundamental rights of the people. 5- Observance of the norms on Computer Crimes.- In the T-Box Platforms we also recognize that it is necessary to combat criminal activity in cyberspace, which is generated using Information and Communication Technologies -ICT-, that is, as a means or when these Information and Communication Technologies – ICT – are the objective of the crime, and are all the characteristics of computer crimes, which justify their specialized treatment, whether due to the magnitude of the damage caused, the internationalization and the ease of committing them; in the norms relative to the INFRINGEMENT CRIMES, they typify those unlawful conducts against the technology information systems that go from the spying or unauthorized access to damages caused to the network (“hacker”); it also establishes crimes such as electronic fraud, sabotage; those directed with the content of the data including identity theft, use of personal data, harassment and a wide range of computer crimes against girls, boys and teenagers or people with disabilities, not forgetting cybercrimes of economic order, among others . All users of the T-Box Platforms must bear these crimes in mind in order not to contravene these provisions punishable by deprivation of liberty. 6- Property Rights.- The T-Box Platforms are a solution provided by Technology Box Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates. We have and offer various resources and online tools, so we are the only and exclusive owners of all rights, title and interests in the T-Box Platforms, of all content (including, for example, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visual media, videos, copies, texts, software, titles, etc.), data and materials thereof, the appearance and the environment, the design and organization of the educational platforms and the compilation of the contents, data and the materials available, including but not limited to, any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights and other intellectual properties and economic rights thereof. The use of the T-Box Platforms does not grant you ownership of any of the contents, data or materials that you may access in or through the website or the mobile application.
7- Limited access licenses.- On the T-Box Platforms we offer annual access licenses for students and teachers. We also offer access licenses for administrators of the educational platform; the validity of the latter is in direct function of the validity of the service contract subscribed between Technology Box Inc., or its distributors and each educational center. Likewise, in the T-Box Platforms we recognize that the accounts of the parents are understood to be included in the annual licenses linked to the students.
Under any license you acquire, you may access and view the content of our educational platforms from your computer or from any other device or electronic device compatible with our platform and, unless otherwise indicated in these Terms and Conditions Agreement or on the website, you cannot take screenshots, copies or individual impressions of the content or for your personal use, since the use is only allowed online. The use of the T-Box Platforms and the services offered are only for your personal and didactic, non-commercial use.
Through existing service contracts, Technology Box Inc. or its distributors will grant a number of previously established licenses to each educational center, so that these are assigned to the users, depending on the type of profile in question, whether as a student, teacher, parent or administrator of the educational platform. It will be the only and exclusive responsibility of each educational institution, the proper distribution of contracted licenses, which will be activated by each user at the time of entering the T-Box Platforms and their role will be determined, depending on the type of profile assigned.
By virtue of the service contracts in force in the T-Box Platforms, we will provide each educational center with a specific license number, which will be unique, and will be included in the didactic material available to each user. For its part, each user to have the appropriate access to the educational platform, must register their license, verify its validity, type of role or type of license granted, sign up and accept these terms and conditions of agreement, to have access to the community and services that in the T-Box Platforms we offer to the academic community. Each license assigned to the user is non-transferable and its validation is done only once or when there are updates of any kind on educational platforms.
With the purpose of providing each of the users with a 24/7 service-Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty-five days a year-, on the T-Box Platforms we offer to register in our servers, the activation of each user’s access license, so that each validly registered user can access the educational platforms and their services at any time of day and from anywhere in the world.
8- Prohibited Use.- Any distribution, publication or commercial or promotional exploitation of T-Box Platforms, or of any of the contents, data or materials included in them, is strictly prohibited, unless you have received prior and express permission in writing from authorized T-Box personnel or from any other holder of applicable rights. Unless it is expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions Agreement, you may not download, inform, expose, publish, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, execute, disseminate, transfer, create derivative works of, sell or in any other way exploit any of the contents, data or materials in or available through the T-Box Platforms. You further agree not to alter, edit, delete, remove or otherwise change the meaning or appearance of, or change the purpose of, any of the content, data or materials on or available through educational platforms, including, without limitation, the alteration or removal of any trademark, registered sign, logo, service brand or any other property content or notification of property rights. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material from or through the T-Box Platforms. If you make any other use of the educational platforms, or of the contents, data or materials found there or that are available through the website, unless you have been previously stipulated, you may violate the copyright laws. and other territorial laws, and may be subject to legal liability for such unauthorized use.

9- Trademarks.- The trademarks, logos, exhibited in the T-Box Platforms or in the contents available through the website are trademarks of T-Box, registered and unregistered and others, and cannot be used with regarding products and/or services that are not related, associated or sponsored by their holders of rights and that may cause confusion to customers, or in some way that denigrates or discredits their rights holders. All trademarks are subject to legal protection even if they are not T-Box, but appear on the website or through the services of our educational platforms, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained in the T-Box Platforms will be construed as granting, by implication, dismissal, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the educational platforms without the written permission of T-Box or of third parties that may own that trademark. If you are an Educational Center, you should contact us by email at info@tboxplanet.com, preferably under the subject: “AFFILIATION OF EDUCATIONAL CENTERS” or call us at + (503) 2505-8269 or through our distributors, to be provide the details of the service contract so that the administrator, teachers, students and parents can access our educational platform.
To unregister in our educational platforms, each educational center must first subscribe the service contract, establishing the type and number of licenses required to interact on our platforms and register as an educational center. To register as an end user – administrator, teachers, students and parents – you must first belong to a school that has a current service contract with us.
15- Register of USERS: administrators, students, teachers and parents, and visitors, generally referred to as: “USERS”.- Each educational center, which signs a service contract and wishes to register on our T-Box Platforms, must designate the person in charge who will carry out the own activities of registration and control of the licenses acquired.
The data provided by each school should be accurate and updated. The information will be handled according to what is established in the term and condition called: PERSONAL USER INFORMATION. In our T-Box Platforms, the registration of: ADMINISTRATORS, STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND PARENTS, or any other USER, will be based on the type of profile that the educational center has acquired for each one and will be specified when unregistering in our website, from the device used to access the educational platform. We may ask you to validate the data if it detects a new device that is trying to access our service platforms.
Through the schools, users will be informed about the scope and limitations of each license that T-Box provides. It is understood that each user, after registering and activating their account, will be able to access the different didactic materials and tools available according to the educational center and school grade to which they belong.
16- Admission to other sites of “USERS”: School directory and circles of friends or colleagues.- The educational center will be responsible for facilitating communication between your educational community, as well as any activity that facilitates or makes known as for example – but not limited – tasks, promote the learning of your community, promote principles and values, leadership, companionship through circles of friends or colleagues, provide guidelines for the educational community to comply with the terms and conditions of agreement of our T-Box Platforms.
It will be the responsibility of the profile called “Administrator”, who accepts and validates the profile of teacher, student and parent. So their responsibility extends to ensure that the personal and academic information that each user – whether it is an eventual user or a permanent user – that is provided for the registration of user accounts, is necessary, current and sufficient for the registration of user accounts.

17- Access to password protected sections.- Access to the security sections of this website protected by passwords is restricted only to USERS who are duly authorized for this purpose. In case of violating this provision, they will be directly responsible for the misuse of them by third parties.
20- About public forums.- Our T-Box Platforms have or may have messaging services, publications wall, chat services, news boards, educational blogs, other forums and other services available on or through the website. 21- Right of monitoring and editorial control.- In T-Box we reserve the right, but we do not have the obligation, to monitor and/or review all the contents sent to our T-Box Platforms or through its services by the USERS; In T-Box we are not responsible for the content and scope of the materials published by the USERS. 22- Private or sensitive information in public forums.- T-Box reminds you that comments submitted in forums, as well as in edublogs, wikis and other media can be recorded and stored in multiple places, both in our T-Box platforms and in another part of the internet, which may be accessible for a long time and may not have control over who will read them eventually. It is therefore important that you have all the care and be very selective about the personal information that you disclose about yourself and others, and especially we ask that in your comments of the public forums do not disclose sensitive information, patrimonial or confidential, nor the same information related to children, teenagers or people with disabilities.
23- Links to the website.- You agree that, if you include a link from any other website to the T-Box Platforms, the link will open in a new browser window and link to the full version of an HTML formatted page of this website. You are not allowed to link directly to any image stored on our educational platforms, such as using an “on-line” linking method to cause the image stored by us to be displayed on another website. You agree not to download or use images stored on our T-Box Platforms on another website for any purpose. You agree not to link from any other website to the T-Box Platforms, in such a way that the website, or any page of the website, is “framed”, or surrounded by the contents, materials or brand positioning of any third. In our T-Box Platforms we reserve all rights under the law to insist that any link to the website is discontinued and revoke your right to link to our educational platforms from any other website, at any time in which you send written notice using any means to do so.
24- Indemnification.- You agree to be solely responsible for the results from your use of our educational platforms, their placement or transmission of any message, content, information, software or other materials through the platforms, or their non-compliance or violation of the law or these Terms and Conditions of Agreement. Exonerating T-Box, the directors, officers, employees and agents of the T-Box Platforms and their affiliates from any claim, liability, costs and expenses, of any nature, including attorneys’ fees, which will be assumed directly by you, and may compensate T-Box or any other natural or legal person that is damaged because of their actions in our educational platforms. In T-Box we can reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter and you are obligated to cooperate with us in the defense of such demand, being always on your own the payment of all expenses as of any compensation to the one that would take place.
25- Third-party websites.- You can link from the website of our T-Box Platforms to third-party websites and third parties can link to the website – “Linked Sites” – . You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the information, content, products, services, advertisements, or other materials that may or may not be provided by or through the linked sites, even if they are owned or directed by our affiliates. Links-links to linked sites do not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship of such websites or of the information, content, products, services, advertisements, or other materials presented on or through such websites. The inclusion of any link to such sites on our T-Box Platforms does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of that T-Box site.
It is established that in T-Box we reject any responsibility for the links: 1- From another website to this website and 2- from this website to another website. Our T-Box Platforms do not guarantee – for not being able to do so – the standards of any website to which links are provided on the platforms, nor will we be in T-Box responsible for the contents of said sites, or any subsequent link. Our T-Box Platforms do not represent or guarantee that the contents of a third party’s website are accurate, or that they comply with the applicable legislation, be it copyright or other intellectual property laws or the one reacted with children, teenagers or people with disabilities among others. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please ask us to send to info@tboxplanet.com with the following information: I) Your address, telephone number and email address ; II) Brief description of the copyrighted content that you claim has been infringed; III) Description of the place where the alleged material or content infringed is located; IV) Your sworn statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative or the law and V) Your sworn statement, stating that the information provided is true and exact so you accept the consequences that may result from proven false and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright. The trademarks, commercial notices, trade names, copyrights and other intellectual property rights that appear on this website are the exclusive property of Technology Box Inc. of its subsidiaries and affiliates or of a legitimate third party owner of the same that has authorized its use for us in T-Box. Any use or exploitation of the MARKS is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of T-Box or its legitimate owner. The design and content of the T-Box Platforms, as well as any software, computer program etc. that appears in or forms part of it, is duly protected by Salvadoran laws and international treaties, in the case of our subsidiaries, are protected by the respective countries where they are located, so it is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to not limiting: modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, edit, sell or otherwise exploit the design and content of our T-Box platforms for commercial or private purposes.
27- Intellectual and Industrial Property.- Except for the information and files of the users, all the contents, trademarks, logos, drawings, documentation, didactic material, computer programs or any other element susceptible of protection by the intellectual property legislation or that are accessible on our T-Box Platforms correspond exclusively to Technology Box Inc. or its legitimate owners and all rights to them are expressly reserved.
The brands, commercial names, commercial slogans, graphics, designs, drawings, photographs, music, videos, texts, and in general all the elements of intellectual property contained in our T-Box Platforms, including the software used in it, are from exclusive ownership of Technology Box Inc. and holds the rights of exploitation of these through agreements with third parties and, therefore, are protected in accordance with the provisions in force in the field of industrial property and copyright.
Neither Technology Box Inc nor T-Box grants license or authorization of any use over their intellectual property rights or over any other property or right related to our T-Box Platforms or with any other service offered on the website, unless authorized previous and express. Accordingly, the reproduction, distribution, making available, public communication and use, total or partial, of the contents of our educational platforms, in any other form or modality, without previous, express and written authorization of T-Box is prohibited.
Under no circumstances is it allowed to USERS of our T-Box Platforms to download a copy of the available contents, either in any computer or electronic device, even for personal, educational or commercial use, even if they remain intact. warnings about intellectual property rights and any other property warning. 28- Exclusion of guarantee: limitation of liability.- THE T-BOX PLATFORMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL SERVICES, CONTENTS, FUNCTIONS AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEB SITE, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS SET TO THE DISPOSITION “, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF INFORMATION, DATA, DATA PROCESSING SERVICES, UNLIMITED OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO AVAILABILITY, INTERPRETABILITY, NO INTERPRETABILITY, ACCURACY, RECTITUDE, PERFECTION, CONCLUSION, UTILITY, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, WE CANNOT PROVIDE IT. 29- Photosensitive attacks.- Few people can experience an attack when exposed to certain visual images, such as flashing lights or drawings that may appear in video games or other electronic or online content, directed or not directed at minors age. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” when viewing video content or other electronic content. 30- Optional tools.- It is possible that in T-Box we provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control or entry. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to this type of tools “as is” and “as available” without guarantees, representations or conditions of any kind and without any support. We will not have any responsibility derived from or related to the use of tools provided by third parties. Any use you make of the optional tools offered through our platforms is at your own risk and discretion; so you should make sure you are familiar with and approve the terms under which these tools are provided by the third-party suppliers.
It is also possible that, in the future, we will offer you new services and/or features through the T-Box Platforms -including the launching of new tools and resources-. These new features and/or services will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Agreement.

You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or property rights. You also agree that your comments do not contain defamatory or illegal, abusive or obscene material, or contain computer viruses or other malware-malicious code-that could, in any way, affect the operation of the T-Box Platforms, or any service of this website or any related website. You cannot use a false email address, use another identity that is not legitimate, or deceive third parties or T-Box regarding the origin of your comments. You are solely responsible for the comments you make and their accuracy. At T-Box we are not responsible and do not assume at any time any obligation with respect to comments or content published by you or by any other person.
32- Representation of minors.- In order for minors to make use of the services of the T-Box Platforms, they must obtain prior permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be held responsible for all acts performed for the minors under his charge. The educational center will ensure the legal validity with which the parent, guardian or legal representative of the minor will interact with the T-Box Platforms and other services provided by T-Box. For this purpose, each educational center will obtain in writing the authorization of the legal representative of the minor and will render a sworn statement before T-Box in which it states its responsibility that it has obtained the authorization of the legal representative of the minor. T-Box reserves the right to use methods within educational platforms to obtain digital authorization from parents, guardians or legal representatives of minors who use our services; the digital authorization has the same validity as a physical authorization. It will be the absolute responsibility of the elders who represent the minor the pertinence of the concrete contents and services to which the minor children and adolescents access, including persons with disabilities. Since the internet makes it possible to access content that may not be appropriate for minors, the person responsible for them should be aware that there are mechanisms, in particular filtering and blocking software, that limit the available contents and, although they are not infallible, they are of particular utility to control and restrict the materials that can be accessed by children and teenagers under age, including people with disabilities to be able to represent themselves.
33- Termination of service.- In T-Box we may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the T-Box Platforms or the services of our website at any time. The T-Box Platforms may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the website and/or its services if we believe that you are in breach of our terms and conditions of agreement or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. T-Box may also stipulate the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of the privileges of using the T-Box Platforms for users who are repetitive violators of intellectual property rights, industrial property, minors’ rights, among others.
34- Changes in terms of use and changes in terms of service.- In T-Box we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms and Conditions of Agreement all or in part at any time. The changes in the Terms and Conditions of Agreement will be effective when they are published. The continued use of the website and/or the services made available on or through the website after any changes have been published, will be considered acceptance of those changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Agreement at any time on this website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically to verify changes. The continued use of or access to our educational platforms after the publication of any change in these Terms and Conditions of Agreement implies acceptance of such changes.
35- Miscellaneous.- These Terms and Conditions of Agreement and the relationship between you and our T-Box Platforms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, in the case of the subsidiaries by the laws of the country where they are located, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any cause of legal action that results under the Terms and Conditions of Agreement, be initiated in the Republic of El Salvador. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of El Salvador, and in the case of the subsidiaries you agree to submit to the laws and courts of the country where the subsidiary is located.
36- Severability.- If any provision or part of any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Agreement is found invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable by a court of law of the Republic of El Salvador, does not mean that it will invalidate all provisions remaining, will only be considered separate from these Terms and Conditions of Agreement, and the resolution will not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions, therefore continuing in force and with full force among its USERS; the same condition will apply for the USERS of the countries where the subsidiaries are located, the subsidiaries of the T-Box Platforms.
37- Termination.- These Terms and Conditions of Agreement are effective for the T-Box Platforms and you as a USER, unless and until it is terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions of Agreement at any time, by notice that you no longer wish to use our T-Box Platforms or other services, or when you leave our website and the validity of the license granted expires. Failure to use our services does not exempt the educational center from the fulfillment of the service contract previously subscribed.
38- Applicable Laws.- Our T-Box Platforms are the property of Technology Box Inc., which controls and operates the website from our offices in the Republic of El Salvador, Central America. We represent your subsidiaries and affiliates. People who choose to access the website from other places will do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, so they will apply the universal principle of “Locus Regil Actus” -the law of the place governs the act -, so that their behavior must always be in accordance with the legislation pertinent to their place of access, in this sense the law of the place of access will also be applied to each specific case, submitting to the jurisdiction and competence of their courts.
39- Participation of USERS.- In the areas of our T-Box Platforms enabled for the participation of USERS -enunciatively sending videos and photos or any other material, wall of publications, forums, chats, comments on news, comments on posts of blogs, sharing, and/or similar, known or known-our educational platforms will be limited to enable a space, but not participate in any way in them, the result being only contributions or opinions made under the responsibility of the users. 40- Supplementary terms and participation of USERS.- The immobile images and visual representations of all brands of the T-Box Platforms, without any limitation, are the absolute property of Technology Box Inc. and cannot be republished, retransmitted, reproduced, downloaded or used in any other way, except for download for educational, non-commercial use.
These Terms and Conditions of Agreement have been prepared in the Spanish language. In case of translation to another language, the stipulations in Spanish will prevail.
